All sauces are plant-based (vegan), gluten-free, and mostly prepared from local ingredients. Easy-to-use, the curry can be prepared within 10 to 20 mins. The sauces can be used for preparing vegetables, chicken, seafood, or meat curries.

Maui Malabar Curry Sauce
Combines flavors of Maui and Indian southwest coastal state of Karela. Ingredients are Kula sweet onions, local Maui coconut meat and water, fresh turmeric, Maui ginger, garlic, mustard seeds, and other spices.

Island Coconut Tamarind Curry Sauce
Combines the tastes of Hawaii and the Indian west coast of Konkan. Base ingredients are coconut and tamarind.

Maui Korma Sauce
Korma originated in the royal Mughal kitchen. Vegetables or meats are braised in cream sauces.
My sauce gets its creaminess from cashews and mac nut milk
